The room was neat with smoke detectors for safety measures, and central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave. The staff was cooperative and very very helpful, the beds were comfortable. Location: the hotel was really close to the center of Jubail, and jubail. Also, it was 5 min drive from Star Shopping Center. Actually everything was superb, my next choice again in Jubail.

Located away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this accommodation offers a peaceful and serene environment for a relaxing stay. The rooms and bathrooms are cleaned to an impeccable standard and offer a homey atmosphere. The facilities are fantastic and include a well-equipped kitchen with all amenities, a pool, and a gym. The breakfast spread is quite satisfying, with many options to choose from, and the staff at the club restaurant are very hospitable and professional.
The housekeeping staff refused to provide drinking water, which should be offered as an essential commodity to guests.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The location was peaceful and quiet, and our room was very clean. The staff were attentive and helpful, providing us with anything we needed. We also appreciated the good security measures in place.
There were a few issues that we encountered. The breakfast buffet was lacking in variety and the plates were often not refilled in a timely manner.

My recent stay at Saken Village was absolutely delightful. The cleanliness of the room surpassed my expectations, and it felt like I was the first guest to ever stay there. The well-equipped kitchen with cooking utensils was an added bonus, although a laddle would have been a helpful addition. I enjoyed the tranquility of the village, being able to walk around freely and have the pool and gym all to myself. I must commend the hospitality of the food server and cook at the club restaurant, as they were professional and kind.
The location of the compound is a bit off from the city center, which may be inconvenient for some. The breakfast provided was average, with very few dishes and no timely refills.
